One clarification first, because the name is confusing: eSIM Maroc (esimmaroc.com) is not Maroc Telecom. We are an independent seller of data plans for travellers. If you are looking for the eSIM sold by a Moroccan operator, here is what Maroc Telecom, inwi and Orange Morocco themselves offer visitors, according to their own websites, read on 9 October 2026.
In short: all three operators sell prepaid eSIMs online, priced in dirhams, with a Moroccan number. Maroc Telecom starts at 70 DH, inwi and Orange Morocco at 120 DH. For a stay of a week or more, these offers cost less than our plans. In return they ask for a few more steps.
Maroc Telecom: the “E-SIM visiteurs” offers
| Offer | Price | What it includes | Valid for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentiel Social Media | 70 DH | unlimited social networks, 1 GB of internet, 1 hour of national calls | 30 days |
| Essentiel | 120 DH | 20 GB of internet | 30 days |
| Essentiel Plus | 200 DH | 45 GB of internet | 30 days |
| Essentiel Max | 320 DH | unlimited internet, 9 hours of calls, 100 texts | 14 days |
Maroc Telecom states on its page that once you are in Morocco you must make a first call to activate the line and use the internet allowance. Essentiel Max is Maroc Telecom's only offer with unlimited internet, and it lasts 14 days.
inwi: the “eSIM packs with top-up”
| Price | What it includes | Valid for |
|---|---|---|
| 120 DH | unlimited internet, 10 minutes of national calls | 7 days |
| 220 DH | unlimited internet, 10 minutes of national calls | 14 days |
| 320 DH | unlimited internet, 9 hours of national and international calls (zone 1), 100 texts | 14 days |
| 520 DH | unlimited internet, unlimited national and international calls (zone 1), 2 hours to France, 500 texts | 30 days |
At inwi all four packs include unlimited internet; what changes is the length and the amount of calls. inwi also sells an eSIM on its own, to be topped up afterwards with the offer of your choice.
Orange Morocco: the “Marhaba” offers
Orange Morocco advertises on its Marhaba page an “eSIM with unlimited internet” from 120 Dh. Its online store lists three Marhaba offers, at 120 DH, 220 DH and 320 DH, and a prepaid card at 20 DH. According to Orange Morocco, the line is sold as a SIM card or an eSIM with 20 DH of credit included; the eSIM is activated with a QR code received by email, and the physical SIM card is delivered free in Morocco. The Orange Morocco store asks for your identification details during the order.
The Orange Morocco pages we read do not detail how long each Marhaba offer lasts: check it in the Orange Morocco store before paying.
What is that in euros?
Moroccan operators show their prices in dirhams. As a guide, at 11.12 DH to the euro (open.er-api.com, 9 October 2026), 70 DH at Maroc Telecom is about €6, 120 DH at inwi or Orange Morocco about €11, 200 DH at Maroc Telecom about €18, 220 DH at inwi about €20, 320 DH at inwi or Maroc Telecom about €29 and 520 DH at inwi about €47. Your bank applies its own rate and often a fee on a foreign-currency payment.
Next to our plans
Our plans are unlimited data (1 GB a day at full speed, then 512 Kbps), with no Moroccan number. On price there is no ambiguity:
- A week of unlimited internet: 120 DH at inwi, about €11, against €24 for our plan of the same length. The inwi offer is cheaper and includes a number and a few minutes of calls.
- Two weeks: 220 DH at inwi (about €20) or 320 DH at Maroc Telecom (about €29) for 14 unlimited days, against €45 with us for 15 days.
- A month: 520 DH at inwi (about €47) with unlimited calls, against €79 with us. At Maroc Telecom, 120 DH buys 20 GB over a month.
- One to five days: the operators' unlimited internet starts at 7 days at inwi and 14 days at Maroc Telecom. We sell plans for one, three and five days.
What really differs between an operator eSIM and ours
- The number. The eSIMs from Maroc Telecom, inwi and Orange Morocco are real Moroccan lines, with a number, calls and texts. Our plans are data only: your calls go through WhatsApp or your usual line.
- The steps. A Moroccan line is bought on a Moroccan operator's site, in dirhams, with identification; at Maroc Telecom it is activated by a first call once in Morocco. With us you pay in euros, with no ID to provide, and the QR code arrives by email in seconds.
- The timing. Our eSIM installs at home on Wi-Fi and starts on your first connection in Morocco: you are online as you leave the plane.
- Language. Our site is available in English, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian and German.
- Refunds. As long as our plan has not started, it can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided it can be cancelled with our supplier.
Which one to choose?
- You are staying a week or more and price comes first: look at the visitor offers from Maroc Telecom, inwi and Orange Morocco.
- You need a Moroccan number (bookings, drivers, deliveries): take an operator eSIM, ours has none.
- You are going for a weekend or a few days: our one, three or five-day plans fit the length of the stay better.
- You want everything ready before you leave, paid in euros, with no formalities: that is what we sell.
Operators change their offers and promotions often. The ones on this page were read on 9 October 2026; read them again on the operator's site before buying.
Our seven plans and their prices are on the Morocco eSIM plans page. Before buying an eSIM from anyone, check that your phone takes one and is not locked to an operator.
