eSIM Maroc sells digital eSIM data plans for use in Morocco. These are virtual products delivered electronically as QR codes. All plans include unlimited data access on Moroccan mobile networks for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Plans are non-transferable. Each QR code is valid for a single device and can only be scanned once.
Orders are placed online at esimmaroc.com. By confirming your order and completing payment, you accept these terms in full. You will receive your QR code:
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, and other cards supported by Stripe.
Prices may change at any time but the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at checkout.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been delivered and activated. Because eSIM QR codes are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, no refund is available once the QR code has been delivered, unless the product is defective.
If your eSIM is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund. Contact support@esimmaroc.com with your order details.
eSIM technology requires a compatible device with eSIM capability. It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing. A list of compatible devices is available on our website. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices.
Your data plan activates when you first connect to data in Morocco, not at the time of purchase. Plan validity runs from first activation. The plan expires after the purchased number of days from first activation.
eSIM Maroc is not responsible for network outages, coverage gaps in remote areas, or device-side issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
